About the doctor: Dr. Todd Martin Pennartz grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas and at a young age, he just knew he was destined for some role in the medical field. At Angelo State University, he pursued a major in biology and a minor in chemistry, preparing to enter dental school. He went on to study dentistry at the University of Texas Dental School in Houston, graduating with honors in 1995. After living in Houston for his years of schooling and training, Dr. Pennartz grew to dislike the humidity and crowded city life and searched for a small West Texas town he could call home. He set up his dental practice in Breckenridge in July of 1995. Since then, Dr. Pennartz has expanded his scope of practice by training in numerous continuing education courses and offering dental implants and orthodontics in 2008. He and his wife Ali live on beautiful Hubbard Creek Lake.  They have three dogs, three cats and four daughters, Madeline, Hannah, Sydni and Sterling, and they enjoy all kinds of lake activities, from swimming to wake surfing
